Yahoo IMAP Settings for Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 & Android

Settings are Manually Configured.

Settings:

Account Type: IMAP

Incoming mail server: imap.mail.yahoo.com

Outgoing mail server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
"Save My Password" Checkbox: Checked

Internet E-mail Settings #1:

Incoming server (IMAP): 143

Encryption Level: none

Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
Encryption Level: SSL
Server Timeout: 1 minute
Result: Continuous prompt for Username and Password when testing account settin
gs until it fails to connect. However SMTP test email is sent.
So the only issue seems to be incoming.

Incoming server (IMAP): 993

Encryption Level: SSL

Outgoing server (IMAP): 465
Encryption Level: SSL
Server Timeout: 1 minute
Result: Error result is as follows "Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): a se
cure connection to the server cannot be established." However SMTP test email i
s sent. So the only issue seems to be incoming.

I tried IMAP with gmail on 2 computers with the same environment (1 x 64bit and
1 x 32bit Windows 7 w Outlook 2010) and it seems to be fine so I dont believe it
is any router/firewall issues. I have a Windows Mobile phone and it is working
also. Of course most of the settings on the phone are configured automatically
. If anyone could provide any suggestions, that would be great. Thanks in adva
