 PROJECT NAME: Floor Sales Management (GTM Survey)
 DURATION: 2 months (10th June,2010 – 10th Aug,2010)
DESCRIPTION of the PROJECT:
The project is aimed at finding out and increasing the Floor Sales Person’s(FSPs) recommendation rate &
increasing LG’s reach from 800 large dealers/exclusive counters to 15000+ sub-dealer/direct counters.
 WORK DONE:
• Collected sampling data, covering 160 dealer outlets(in the electronics segment) in the Gurgaon & Faridabad regions.
• Interacted with FSPs who were in direct touch with the potential customers.
• Identified the needs of improvement in the services provided by LG Electronics.
• Analysed and summarised the data collected in respect of the Technical Training needed for the potential FSPs.
• Compared LG’s market share with its competitors in the Electronics Goods Segment.

NAME OF THE ORGANIZATION: HCL InfoSystems Ltd, Noida.


PROJECT NAME: Sales Management System (Application Software)
DURATION: 1 month (1st July,2007 – 31st July,2007)
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
The software provides a platform for business transactions and provides a unique reference number to
every new customer for future transactions.
 Work Done:
Programmed the software ‘Sales Management System’ in C++ Language using the concepts of classes & objects.

MAJOR PROJECT PROFILE (B.E)


Embedded Railway Metro Train, Microcontroller 89C51, IC-max 232, Sensors, GSM Modem.
DESCRIPTION of the PROJECT:
• Accurate time display of arrival and departure of trains using 32-character LCD Display using Sensors which consist
of a pair of Phototransistor & LED.
• Mobile ticketing and regular updates via mobile messaging through GSM of the reserved train.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Best Paper Presentation at the Annual Technical Festival of the institute in 2007( Topic: SMART DUST).
 Adjudged Best Debater at Inter college Debate competition , University of Rajasthan
