Mr. Dhirendra Madan is Chairman and Managing
Director of Mahima Group which is a mother company of
twelve different companies involved in construction,
development and maintenance of the projects of
Mahima Group. Born in Rajasthan in 1958, Dhirendra
Madan, after seeking bachelor’s degree and essential
education, started his journey of entrepreneurship
from automobile industry. During the course of his
interaction with different industry giants and dignities, he found himself to be in
the wrong place and thought of starting a new business of development of real
estate in Rajasthan. Although at that time there were not too many players in the
market but there was a market capture by the renowned developers and that too
in a monotonous way.

Mr. Madan broke this ice and initiated to develop small housing complexes for
different income groups under the aegis of Mahima Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. This
initiative not only provided a better housing option from Mahima Group but also
open a way of fulfilling dreams of others for Mr. Madan. He is now a widely known
real estate developer; being already completed more than a dozen renowned
housing and commercial projects across Jaipur.

Mr. Madan has not only added several feathers in the crown of real estate of Jaipur
but has also provided a platform for upcoming entrepreneurs, unemployed youth
and dream home aspirants. Quality with timely completion of project is key to his
success. He is known as the first person to introduce Mall Concept in Jaipur by
bringing up ‘Crystal Mall’. Crystal Mall not only accommodates more than 60 brand
outlets but also houses several corporates like Sony India, GAIL, Club Mahindra etc.
Its quite surprising that his competitors in housing project also rely on him when
they have to open their corporate offices in Jaipur. Crystal Mall is housing ‘Omaxe

Crystal Mall was followed by a state of the art Retail Mall in Jaipur which is only one
of its type in whole Rajasthan having covered car parking of 500 cars and 200 two
wheelers named as Crystal Court spread out in five floors. Crystal Court spaces
leading brands of retail industry namely Pepe Jeans, John Player, Lee, W, Vishal
Mega Mart, Costa Coffee, Pizza Hut, Welspun, Pantaloon etc. This premises is

problem.To sort out this problem, Mahima Group decided to bring out a solution by
