Mr. Madan broke this ice and initiated to develop small housing complexes for
different income groups under the aegis of Mahima Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. This
initiative not only provided a better housing option from Mahima Group but also
open a way of fulfilling dreams of others for Mr. Madan. He is now a widely known
real estate developer; being already completed more than a dozen renowned
housing and commercial projects across Jaipur.
Mr. Madan has not only added several feathers in the crown of real estate of Jaipur
but has also provided a platform for upcoming entrepreneurs, unemployed youth
and dream home aspirants. Quality with timely completion of project is key to his
success. He is known as the first person to introduce Mall Concept in Jaipur by
bringing up ‘Crystal Mall’. Crystal Mall not only accommodates more than 60 brand
outlets but also houses several corporates like Sony India, GAIL, Club Mahindra etc.
Its quite surprising that his competitors in housing project also rely on him when
they have to open their corporate offices in Jaipur. Crystal Mall is housing ‘Omaxe

Crystal Mall was followed by a state of the art Retail Mall in Jaipur which is only one

problem.To sort out this problem, Mahima Group decided to bring out a solution by
