Note that this file is not the part of thesis.

This File consists of 3 portions

First portion consists of Instructions about the project write up, second portion
consists of Instructions about Plagiarism Software and the third portion is about
Poster of the thesis.

Project write up
Read the following instructions carefully and submit the project in the given
format. The project deviating from the instructions will not be entertained.
There are 3 more files attached to this file named as

Title_pages
Pre_chap_1
Main_body

Instructions for Title_ page file

• Change the month of the title page provided at the bottom.
• Change the title and names accordingly
• Page 1 is the title page to be printed on the dark blue cover with Golden ink.
• Leave on page blank in the start and end of thesis Thesis
• Page 2 is the first page inside the thesis.

Instructions for Pre_chap_1 file

• Page I: Read the declaration, change the names at bottom of the page and sign
accordingly
• Page II: kindly omit wording “project title” and write down your topic of the
project. Please don’t change the font.
• Page III: kindly omit wording “/project title” and write down your topic. final
approval is the page where external, internal and supervisor will sign.
• No cutting is allowed at this page during signing process.
• Page IV: is your dedication page and you can write your dedications but
please don’t exceed one page.
• Page V: is acknowledgement page and you can write acknowledgements but
please don’t exceed one page. Don’t sign this page anywhere.
• Page VI: is for table of contents. Please look deeply into the provided table of
contents (Font size, heading, dots etc).
• Page VII: is related to Acronyms means abbreviations.
• Page VIII: is related to list of figures.
• Page IX: is related to list of tables.
• Page X: is related to abstract of the project. Don’t exceed one page because it
is just abstract. Just write down the summery here.
• Please follow the rules on each page and don’t change the line spacing, fonts
or size of fonts.
Instructions for Main_ body file
• Details are given on pages kindly look into the details. Writing style and
contents are the standards.
• Chapter heading is font 20, center and bold (Time New Roman).
• Main heading is font 18, left aligned and bold (Time New Roman).
• Sub heading is font 16, left aligned and bold (Time New Roman).
• Sub sub heading is font 14, left aligned center and bold (Time New
Roman).
• If there is any other heading then use font 12, left aligned and bold (Time
New Roman).
• Body text is font 12 (Time New Roman).
• Follow the instructions for table and figure captions. Figures and tables must
be aligned center and captions are left aligned and justified.
• Also note the reference notations and provide the references at the end of the
thesis as shown in bibliography.

Submitted thesis must be on 90grams, A4 size page

Submit five hard copies, one soft copy in Ms Word2003 of the project,
presentation and related material before deadline.

Plagiarism Software:
• Your project is your Intellectual property so it must be your creation. In order
to check, whether it is yours or copied from somewhere, we pass it through the
Plagiarism checking Software. We have defined a threshold if your project
has plagiarism value more than defined threshold then it would consider as
cheating.
• Any kind of plagiarism in the write up of the project will end up with severe
consequences.
• Coping the wording or phrases of any material is not recommended.
• If it is necessary to quote the wording or phrases, then following procedure
must be adopted.

• Any other adopted procedure would be considered as plagiarism.

Poster:
• A0 sized poster prints are also required. These posters must reflect the
knowledge about your work in thesis.
• Figures, Diagrams and algorithm of the thesis could be the contents of the
poster.
• You can select the write-up and diagrams by the help of your supervisor.
