redirecionada ao site oficial da SEPHORA no exterior. Assim que carrega o site e o produto
específico, um pop-up assume o meio da janela, informando se eu como usuária possuo
preferência de receber a compra no meu país de origem. Fechando este banner, consigo
acessar o produto e ao envia-lo para checkout, começo a inserir os dados de envio onde a tela
me retorna que o meu CEP é inválido, para criar uma conta na pagina da SEPHORA
internacional, logo não posso adquirir o produto. Quando vou tentar fechar a pagina e sair do
site, por uma ação de remarketing, a sephora apresenta o mesmo banner inicial me
informando que posso fazer esta compra pelo site do meu país. Ao clicar nesta opção, sou
redirecionada ao site do meu mercado em sua pagina inicial. Tento procurar o produto
específico ou algum de suas familia, mais todos estão indisponíveis, logo conforme as
diretrizes do projeto, procuro um item para comprar do meu interesse como se estivesse
navegando normalmente para o meu uso. Encontrei um produto que é excelente ao meu
ponto de vista, na qual possui boas recomendações, é de um fabricante famoso e que
aparenta ser bem durável. A experiência foi extranha, mais muito me satisfez.

am redirected to the website of my market on your home page. I have to look for the specific
product or any of its families, but all of them are unavailable, so according to the project
guidelines, I look for an item to buy that I am interested in as if I were browsing normally for
my use. I found a product that is excellent in my point of view, in which it has good
recommendations, is from a famous manufacturer and appears to be very durable. The
experience was strange, but it satisfied me a lot.
