PLAN OF ACTION:

As we all know that the implementation of law is a key to success

in any area of life. But when it comes to the implementation of
laws in a certain area or a country this phenomena change in to a
matter of prime importance. In Pakistan laws are present for
every aspect of life according to the constitution of 1973 but now
a day’s its implementation are in its worst condition. As we all
know that presence of law is not a whole story, if you want to
implement law you must need some kind of enforcement for it. In
Pakistan judiciary have the supreme authority and PAKISTAN
SUPREME COURT possess the highest level of power according to
law. But in reality Supreme Court is unable to do anything,
because it can give orders but it does not have any kind of power
to implement these orders. That’s why most of time different type
of orders which are given by the Supreme Court and not in the
favor of current government is overseen by it. So the plan of
action which is given by our team for the implementation of law is
that we must give the authority of FEDERAL INVESTIGATION
AGENCY (FIA) which is the primary investigation agency for every
civilian matter, under the direct command of PAKISTAN SUPREME
COURT. As well as to control the endless story of corruption in
different govt. organization of Pakistan authority of NATIONAL
ACCOUNTABILITY BUREAU (NAB) and Anti-Corruption Commission
must also be given under the direct command of Pakistan
Supreme Court. With the help of this strategy we believe that the
implantation of law in Pakistan will be accurate and fast and it will
eventually lead us towards our real vision which is set by ALAMA
IQBAL and QUAID-E-AZAM MOHAMMAD ALI JINNAH.
