(d) The Bank shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever in the event that a
project submitted during the course of this competition is implemented by a third
party ultimately.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP, INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT

General Information / Eligility – Guideline

1. The competition aims to promote entrepreneurship, Innovation development of start ups and early
growth stage small ventures.
2. The competition is open to Mauritian Nationals only including Rodrigues.
3. Any legal entity, i.e an individual, a company, a partnership etc may participate.
4. Participant should be aged 18 years and above in case of individual
5. The investment outlay for the proposed project should not exceed Rs5.0Million
6. Only one project submission per participant is allowed.

Competition Title : “Le Boss”

Application for participation must be on prescribed forms available at DBM Head Office, its branches and
on the website www.dbm.mu

Last date for Submission of application : 18th March 2011 by noon latest
