Soon after the conclusion of the draft the commissioner will open up the door for trading to begin
through 11:59 EST on March 24th, 2011. Trading will begin after the final lzp has been verified by all
teams. Trades will not be accepted until 24 hours after the draft has been completed to allow time
for the rosters to be verified. In summary:
1. LZP will be sent by the commissioner and teams will have 24 hours to verify rosters. While we
take every step to ensure accuracy, it is the responsibility of each owner to take a few minutes and
verify the rosters of their team.
1. 24 hours after the draft concludes, it will be announced that trading will begin.
1. Trading for block one will end at 11:59 EST on 03/23/2011.

While there is no trade committee all trades involving 6 players or more must first get approval by the
commissioner by sending an email and an approval by the other general manager. All other trades
should be filed with the league on the league web site (www.flory.net/twsl) under “Rosters and
Players” by selecting submit trades. The opposing manager has 48 hours to agree to the deal
(“confirm trade” on flory site) or the trade will be denied. The TWSL constitution does not allow
trading of first round draft picks whatsoever. Rounds 2-11 only are eligible to be traded. Note:
Trades involving the Baltimore Oriole’s involving 6 or more players will be sent to the advisory
committee for approval.
