Job description:

• Visiting the wholesalers around the state and striking a deal with them

• Identifying and appointing retail distributors 

• Identifying various avenues to execute the ATL and BTL in the region

• The   profile   involves   a   50:50   split   between   marketing   and   sales,   to   ensure   a 

comprehensive understanding of the industry

• Brand creation and building

• Launch of new products

• Foreign country assignments

• We are a disciplined team

• Punctuality is our principle if you are late we fine you Rs. 100 (This is spent on 

employee recreation activities!) 

• Our   selection   process   is   vigorous   &   objective,   there   are   various   levels   of 

elimination 

• Once you have been short listed by us, we take you on a 30 day assignment with us. 

Final appointment after this

• We also have a 5 year bond for Non­competition which you need to sign 

once on board.
