• Breif about the organization: MLA group of industry was establishde in 1975 when their first unit for the
manufacturing of Aluminium Silicate was set up, They have been expanding and diversifying rapidly and
today the group comprises four manufacturing units for various chemicals. They are the largest
manufacturers of Aluminium/Calcium Silicates in India having complete vertical integration.

Description: A 6 week industrial training was completed with the objective of gaining knowledge on oil and gas

2. Organization: Jaypee Cement Plant, Rewa(M.P.) Duration- [8-23 December 2008.]

Description: A field visit was carried to Jaypee Cement Plant in Rewa, in which full description of all the
operation’s related to cement industry were briefed. Descriptions of process like mining, crushing, stacking,
grinding, pyro-processing and packaging were provided practically.
