Subject: A request for permission to organize a Food Festival at

Mahavidyalaya premises

Sir,

We are very glad to inform you that Sallaghari Alumni Association, Nepal
(SAAN) would like to organize “SAAN Food Festival 2011” as a part of
promotional programme for the ongoing Nepal Tourism Year 2011 on
BAISHAK 29th and 30th.

“SAAN Food Festival 2011” will be a mega event organized by former

students of Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya (SAMV), Sallaghari. In the food
festival we are organizing events like Blood Donation Programs, Free Health
Camp, General Public Awareness Programs related to HIV/AIDS and
Earthquake, Food Festival, Musical Shows and Cultural Events to promote
Bhaktapur and Tourism Year 2011 with a slogan “Celebrating Nepal
Tourism Year 2011”. It will help in the promotion of SAMV and raise funds
for SAAN to organize various social events in future.

We humbly request for your assistance to make SAAN Food Festival a grand success.
