    This project is based on increasing the typing speed . Current typing speed is 2wpm and the tar geted typing speed is
    10-20 wpm. The start date of the project is 27 th ecember 2010 and end date is 14 th February 2011.

    The purpose of this document is to create a project plan that gives an overall idea of what are the tasks that have
    been completed and what are the tasks that have to be completed.

    The project plan mainly focuses on the tasks and the estimated duration for the tasks. Tasks have been created by
    the work break down structure and for those tasks risks have also been identified.

    The first step was to develop a project charter and the tasks that involved in creating the project charter were:

    1. dentifying goals and objectives.

    2. eveloping scope statement.

    3. Specifying deliverables.

    4. nalyzing the stakeholders.

    5. ocumenting the project charter.

    ueveloping project charter took 5days as mentioned in the Ms Project and it is represented as 100% as the work has
    already been completed.

    The task involved in developing work breakdown struc ture was to build and submit it and then the associated tasks
    for each deliverables had to be submitted. The tasks have been marked as 100% as the work has already been

    Requirement planning includes gathering of all the requirements that are needed for the execution of the project
    and also includes seeking help from the parents. The risks associated with these tasks are also identified and the
    tasks have been drawn to mitigate the risks.

    ^nce after all the risks have been identified and the requirements have been gathered the project is executed by
    starting with the basics.
