La importancia del diseño instruccional para el éxito de cursos en línea: una revisión sistemá ca
Resumo: Com a disseminação das tecnologias da informação e comunicação na educação, cresceu exponencialmente a
criação e disponibilização de cursos online. A par r da popularização destes cursos, observou-se também a grande evasão
dos par cipantes, resultando em baixos números de concluintes. Em vista disso, este trabalho visa analisar a importância
do desenho instrucional para o engajamento de alunos em cursos online. Para tal, realizou-se uma revisão sistemá ca com
base no modelo SSF (Systema c Search Flow). A revisão resultou na iden ficação de metodologias de ensino aprendizagem
voltadas para elaboração de cursos online, nos públicos-alvo os quais os cursos estão endereçados e os principais recursos
u lizados para promover a interação e engajar os alunos em seus estudos. Conclui-se que o desenho instrucional possui
grande importância para a eficiência dos cursos, pois permite o planejamento de um curso e seleção dos recursos mais
apropriados de acordo com o público alvo.
Abstract: With informa on and communica on technologies dissemina on in educa on, the crea on and availability of
online courses have grown exponen ally. From the populariza on of these courses, it was possible to observe the growth of
par cipants’ evasion, resul ng in low numbers of graduates. In this perspec ve, this work aims to analyze the importance
of instruc onal design for engaging students in online courses. For this, a systema c review was performed based on
the Systema c Search Flow (SSF) method. The review resulted in the iden fica on of learning teaching methodologies
geared to online courses, which the courses target audiences and the primary resources used to promote interac on and
students engagement are addressed. It is concluded that the instruc onal design has great importance for the efficiency
of the courses because it allows planning a course and selec ng the most appropriate resources according to the target
audience.
