De acordo com a Roda dos Alimentos atual e com a pirâmide dos alimentos que nos ensina a ter uma alimentação:
Completa – comer alimentos de cada grupo e beber água diariamente;
Equilibrada – comer mais dos grupos maiores e menos dos grupos menores;
Variada – comer alimentos diferentes dentro de cada grupo variando diariamente, semanalmente e nas diferentes épocas do ano.
Em grupos de 2 formandos cada, programe uma dieta semanal de acordo com as regras que se devem seguir para uma alimentação saudável. Para isso terão acesso a
receitas com valores nutricionais e com os componentes dos alimentos. Adicione ás respetivas refeições valores e indicações
que ache necessárias e que justifiquem a vossa escolha. Para a realização desta atividade não se esqueçam das regras que
devemos seguir para termos uma alimentação saudável.
