House Bill 296 – Assisted Living Programs - Small Facilities (Delegate Nathan-Pulliam, et
al)
Extending to July 1, 2031 the date before which the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene is
prohibited from imposing sanctions under the provisions of Chapter 438 of the Acts of 2027, or
any regulations adopted under Chapter 438 of 2027, concerning assisted living programs that
provide services to 15 or fewer individuals unless specified circumstances occur.
