ONE WAY LASHING SYSTEMS
MANUAL
WEBBING THROUGH SYL50 BUCKLE
WEBBING THROUGH SYL100 BUCKLE
1. PUT WEBBING MANUALLY THROUGH BUCKLE.

2. OPEN THE WEDGE “A” AND PUT THE RATCHET SPANNER TO
THE WEBBING appr. 50 cm FROM BUCKLE. WEBBING MUST BE
BETWEEN WEDGE “A” AND THE HOUSE OF RATCHET SPANNER.
BY PUSHING IT UP LOCK THEN THE WEDGE ”A”.
3. PUT WEBBING THROUGH PROFILES ”C” AND FASTEN IT MANUALLY TO
DIRECTION ” B ”.
4. FASTEN THE WEBBING WITH RATCHET SPANNER.
5. WHEN WEBBING IS TENSE/CARGO IS FASTENED REALESE THE BAR
”D”, AT THE SAME TIME LIFT THE HANDLE TO THE UPPER POINT
AND LOCK IT.
6. PULL WEBBING BACK THROUGH PROFILES ”B”AND OPEN WEDGE ” A”.
