• ICR sheet along with the information booklet needs to be bought from nearby

Polytechnic by paying Rs.20/- for each application. Maximum of 10


applications will be sold to an individual, if require carry the identity card and
copy of the CMS agreement to prove the identity of RCSC. Unsold application
will not be taken back by the Polytechnic or Department

• OMR sheet and information booklet can be sold to the applicant by collecting
Rs.20/-. And applicant needs to be informed about the requirements like
photograph and fee of Rs.310/- for online submission of application

• After filling-up the application by the applicant, VLE needs to verify the same
once

• VLE needs to login to CMS portal, select the CEEP Online application
submission service, Enter the details of the applicant and collect the fee of
Rs.310/- from the applicant, after pressing the Confirm button, you will be
getting a Code which should be copied and keep it in a file, generate the
receipt and keep it with you.

• VLE needs to login to the CEEP online application with the CMS User ID
(Initially password will be password, during first login, password needs to be
changed)

• VLE needs to fill-up the application as per the details filled up in the ICR sheet

• Enter the ICR form No. as it is mentioned on the ICR sheet

• If the applicant is from any of the university areas (Osmania/Andhra/S.V),


Non-Local option needs to be selected. If the applicant has studied 10th class
or equivalent exam in other States, he will be a non-local. Detailed
information is available in the information booklet

• Particulars of Examination appearing : In this option if the applicant appears


for 10th class or equivalent exam in the year 2011, his hall ticket number of
that exam needs to be entered

• Preferred Town: In this option, VLE needs to enter the name of the
town/city/location where the applicant wants to write the CEEP exam

• Mode of payment should be only Cash

• Enter the Secret Code (Which we got it from the CMS Portal)

• Photo and signature can be added either by scan or Upload option. If you
upload the photo see that the size of the photo must be around 15-20KB only.

• Select the box under the Declaration category


• After verifying the filled up details, press Submit button

• Upload Option: Photo and Signature needs to be scanned and uploaded in


the application. Size of the scanning should be exactly same as the required
size in the Online application software

• Photo and Signature scan should be exactly of the same size, otherwise we
will not get the service charge from Department

• Scan Option: In Scan option, place the filled up OMR sheet along with the
photograph and signed document in scanner (While keeping the OMR sheet,
place the photo on the left top corner). After selecting the scan option, it will
automatically scan the photo and signature. (For this option, VLE needs to
install the Scanning software needs to be downloaded and installed. As it is a
trail version, after one month it needs to removed and installed again)

• After uploading or scanning the photo and signature, it will come back to the
application window.

• Press Confirm button after verifying all the details.

• Print Hall Ticket needs to be pressed then only hall ticket number will be
generated. If it is not done, application will become invalid

• Hall ticket can be printed at any time and any number of times

• Filled up ICR sheet needs to be retained at the center, whenever any


application required by the department, we need to send the scanned copy of
the same immediately

• Application can be modified at any point of time except two fields, ICR No.
and Preferred Town can not be modified. If there is any mistake in the
Preferred town, it needs to be cancelled by sending mail to CMS helpdesk and
obtain an ICR No for this from helpdesk and inform the change to the
candidate.
