Manufacturing Program

Cement raw material grinding plants with 2, 3, 4 and 6 grinding roller mills for a
capacity up to 1.000 t/h of cement raw meal and drive motors up to 6,500 kW

Grinding plants for cement clinker up to 350 t/h and blast furnace slag up to 250 t/h
with fineness between 2,800 and 6,000 cm²/g.

Dry grinding plants for coal with a capacity up to 150 t/h, grinding a wide range of
coals varying from steam coal, bituminous-, anthracite-, lignite and predried
lignite coal.
Manufacturing Program

Dry-grinding plants for baryte, bentonite, quick lime, colemanite, dolomite, gypsum,
graphite, feldspar, limestone, kaoline, magnesite, manganese ore, phosphate,
titanium slag and titanium dioxide etc.

Hot gas producers with an outlet temperature of up to 1,000°C which can be


operated using traditional heating media and low-calorific gases.

Typical Characteristics

1. Pressure shock resistant to up to 3.5 bar abs.


2. Stop buffers ensure no metal contact between roller and table
3. Individual guidance of Grinding Rollers
4. 2, 3 or 4 roller design (dependent on throughput)
5. Flat grinding table with conical rollers arranged under 15° => shear forces
