Kathy has met with OPFC once already and it sounds like the hold up is the indemnification change.  Apparently, the HTC 
change is fine.  Kathy is to meet with OPFC again and try and get the Indemnification change approved.

regarding the Historic Tax Credit change.  Do we want to slate into the Agenda for July 29 an extension for Flesh just in
