I, the undersigned, Shri Abdullah Yusuf Ali age 54 Residing sherpura Bharuch
hereby solemnly declare on both as under.

1. That I had entered into an agreement to sale ( Banakhat ) for sale of plot to
Village Umraj, admeasuring area of 02125 for R.S no. 167 Or ---- with
ShriDaud Musa Kadva of Bharuch.

2. That due to his financial problems, he could not make further payment and
therefore the deal was cancelled and the token amount was returned to
him.

3. That the said land is still in my name in the revenue records as I did not sell
later on.

4. The above said facts are true and correct and for that this affidavit is

Village Umraj , admeasuring area of 2226for R.S. no.178,R.S. no.178 p/1 &
R.S. no. 178 p/2 Or--- with Shri Daud Musa Kadva of Bharuch.

2. That due to his financial problems, he could not make further payment and
therefore the deal was cancelled and the token amount was returned to
him. after that total out of three plot one of the plot R.S.no.178 , R.S.
no.178 p/1 & R.S. no.178 p/2 total no. in my name an in revenue record
and balance admeasurig area of 1113 R.S. no. 178 p/1, R.S. no. 178 p/2,
made sale deed to shree Mukesh Narbheram Chaddarwala.

3. That the said land is still in my name in the revenue records as I did not sell
later on.

4. The above said facts are true and correct and for that this affidavit is
executed
