•THE CABARET AT FORT SALEM THEATER welcomes
to its stage a musician described by Michael Hochandel (The
Daily Gazette) as “one of the area’s most consistent and durable
creative forces.” Greenwich’s Bob Warren makes his Fort debut
this Saturday, April 16, at 8 PM. A songwriter and performer for
more than thirty-years, Warren is a regular fixture at Saratoga’s
legendary Cafté Lena, where he often hosts their open mic night.
Local audiences know him as the writer of the valentine to his
hometown, Greenwich, The Musical, which has enjoyed two
successful productions in the past ten years. He will be performing
songs from his eponymous 2010 CD, his eighth.
After next week’s return booking of former Fort artistic director
Kathy Beaver in I’m Flying, the Fort switches gears from local
celebs, on subsequent Saturdays, to presenting Broadway singer
Teri Ralston; film, television and Broadway powerhouse Anita
Gillette; and highly-rated TV anchor woman, Jessica Layton , in
her first solo cabaret. Bob Warren In Concert at the Fort will be
presented one time only, Saturday, April 16, at 8 PM. The $20
ticket includes music, coffee and dessert. Reservations are recom-
