continues to prepare for the 17th Annual Women’s Health Day
“By Women-For Women” to be held on Saturday, April 30th at
Salem Washington Academy. Erika Sellar Ryan Esq. will offer
the workshop entitled “Living Will, Health Care Proxy and Power
of Attorney Forms: What you need to know to ensure that your
wishes are respected, your assets are managed and your family
has peace of mind.” Attorney Sellar Ryan will discuss each form
in detail, describing the benefits and drawbacks of each form and
the appropriate situations for each. She will also dispel common
misunderstandings about them. In addition to highlighting the
implementation of each form and the appropriate procedure for
revocation of the listed powers, Ms. Sellar Ryan will answer
any and all questions regarding the three forms. In addition to
the keynote speaker, Reverend Debbie Earthrowl, and the six
workshop choices, attendees will enjoy breakfast and lunch

Livestock farmers in Rensselaer County have an opportunity to apply for financial assistance
to establish or improve grazing systems on their farms. In partnership with the Hudson
Mohawk Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council, NRCS offers farmers
