Catering Menus
Sahm’s Restaurant and Catering provides complete food and beverage service for
your special event. The following menus are suggested for your convenience and can
be customized to meet your specific needs. For groups over 100, we would appreciate
receiving menu selections and other arrangements one week prior to your event. All
applicable prices will be subject to Indiana sales tax and county and municipal taxes.
All menu prices are subject to change.
Beverages
Sahm’s Restaurant and Catering provides complete beverage service for your event.
We carry a $5,000,000 liquor liability policy to protect you and your guests.
Guarantees
A guaranteed attendance figure is required for all meal functions 48 hours prior.
This figure will be considered the minimum attendance figure for billing purposes.

Deposits and Billing
To reserve catering services in advance for groups over 100, 25% of your estimated
bill may be required for down payment. Deposits are considered a down payment on
the event and will be credited on the final invoice. We require a down payment of
$600 for all weddings. Unless credit arrangements have been made prior to your
function, payment is due upon completion of your event. At that time, an itemized
invoice will be presented for verification of guaranteed attendance and services
rendered. All charges will be based upon guaranteed or actual attendance, whichever
is greater. Acceptable forms of payments include cash, a business or personal check,
or any major credit card. Organizations that are tax exempt must provide us with a
certificate 48 hours prior to your event. We are required by law to charge sales tax in
the event a certificate is not provided at the time the balance is due.
