• Working with RELIANCE COMMUNIATION LTD as a Switch Engineer since
AUGUST 2009 is a major player in the field of Telecommunication (GSM&CDMA) &
Data services.

SUMMARY OF SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES :

● CURRENT JOB PROFILE (RCOM):

• O&M of ILT (Integrated Local cum Tandem) Switch (Ericsson AXE-10),

Bhubaneswar.
• Exposure in Alcatel -Lucent Soft switch ( New IP Based switching called NGN )
• Carrying out routine maintenance activities (Alarm monitoring, diagnostic tests and
corrective/ preventive action on same).
• Call routing and Analysis creation/ modification and validation of routing database.
• Resolution of customer complaints, Route Cause Analysis & corrective action
implementations.
• Optimization of Network performance parameters (ASR, Utilization, GOS, etc)
through Traffic analysis and forecasting for future Network development.
• Taking System, CP and CDR (Billing) back-up and keeping track of CDR file
Transfer, performing Lifeline test to check System integrity, etc.
 • Observation of ASR on different routes, finding out root cause for low ASR cases
through CDR analysis and taking corrective action for improvement.
• Taking ISUP Traces for analysis of call failure causes.
• Coordination with other service operators on level opening/circuit provisioning
issues.
• Conducting AT for new POIs / routes with other Service providers.
• Creation & Modification of Route, RC, DEVICES, DIP, SNT, C7 Link Set.
• Augmentation of new POIs.
• Ensuring configuration and service delivery for customer solutions like POTS, BRI,
PRI, Leased lines, Centrex, PBX, etc.
• Coordination with Network Operation Centre for creation of Service Orders, Fault
filtering from alarms and closure of work orders in OSS.
• Spares management for ILT Switch through SAP System

PLANNING
• Planning of new POI sites, & coordination with NHQ team in execution of same
within the time frame.
• Escalate to NHQ team regarding congestion in POI sites/Pvt Operators POI and
providing plan for E1 requirements.
• Escalation of plan in advance to NHQ regarding further expansion of switch &
execution of same in time
• Plan out migration of all NLD/ILD Traffic of reliance/ Private Operators in NGN.
TRAINING

• Completed AXE Switch Operations training at Reliance Communication Ltd ,

Bhubaneswar for 15 DAYS .
