EXTROVERT•INTUITIVE•THINKING•PERCEPTIVE
The Meyers Briggs assessment is a lengthy survey that analyzes your personality. It is good
to know the kind of person you are so that you can relate to others and understand the way
others work as well as yourself. This is helpful when finding a career because you always want to
“ do what you are” because you won’t be happy. Some careers that matched up with my results
were neurology, therapeutic services and oncology. As you can imagine, finding a job or career
where you will most likely get along with everyone you work with and love what your doing is
beneficial to find out an an early stage.
My result was ENTP, which stand for extrovert, intuitive, thinking and perceptive. After
some research on my combination I found that some things were very true about me. I found
that I need and rely on logic and realistic solutions. I found that true because I always need an
explanation that makes sense and that I understand - no matter what the subject. Also I don’t do
well under stress. Whether it’s a lacrosse game that I know people are watching me, or the stress
of knowing that the test I’m taking determines whether or not I fail that class. Lastly I live in a
world of possibilities, challenges and difficulty. I find that I need a challenge and tend to do
better if I do. I try new solutions to problems and if some work is too easy for me I tend to blow
it off.
I also found out some information of the letters individually. For E - Extrovert I learned that Johnny Depp and Walt
I like to make things happen, I like to be involved and Disney as pictured above,
more often then not I jump into things too quickly. For and Tom hanks (inset on left)
N - iNtuitive I realized that I am interested in doing are all type ENTP
new things. Also I sometimes think too much about personalities like me.
