The Bruhath Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) invites Request for

Proposal from interested persons/firms those who have done similar type of work for
Structural Consultancy for Design and Preparation of Drawing ,Estimate for the below
works are invited through electronic Tendering system (e-tender) by the Executive

favour of The Commissioner, Bruhath Bangalore Mahanagara Palike, payable at
Bangalore, The requisition for issue of tender forms should accompany a copy of the
appropriate company or firm registration certificate.

Issue of Blank Tender Documents from: 20-04-2011 to 25-04-2011 up to 4.00 pm
Pre bid meeting on 28-04-2011 at 3.30 Pm at the Office of the Executive Engineer

Last date for receipt of tender documents is up to 4.00 pm on 30-04-2011
Opening of Technical Bid documents: 30-04-2011 at 4:30 PM or next working day.
The Financial bid of only those Tenderers who fulfill the eligibility criteria and
Qualification of Technical bid, will be, intimated and opened.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Any reputed Individual / Company registered in registrar of company.

2. Work done certificate for having successfully executed at least one similar single
work should be furnished along with technical bid.
3. The tender is of two cover system.
i) Bidders/Contractors Should attach all the Scanned copies of technical
documents/ certificates pertaining to their eligibility criteria mentioned above in
the website itself, failing which the bid will not be considered.(Technical Bid).
the original documents should be produced for verification at any stage of tender
process as and when sought for, failing which, the bids are liable for
disqualification.
ii) Rates shall be quoted in Tender Schedule – B (Financial Bid) in the website
itself.
4. EMD of Rs. 5000.00 in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the
Commissioner, Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike, payable at Bangalore.
Scanned copy of the same should be attached, failing which the bid will not be
considered. The EMD in the form of Demand Draft should be submitted to the
Office of the Executive Engineer- Project-West , BBMP, Bangalore, on or before
4.00 P.M. on 30-04-2011 failing which the tenders will not be considered.For
those bidders whose Technical bids do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, their
financial Bids will not be opened.
5. The successful bidder will have to execute agreement as present with BBMP within
seven days of receipt of intimation,
6. The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike reserves the right to accept / reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
7. The validity of tender is 6 months from the date of opening of tender.

On all working days between 10.00 A.M. & 5.00 p.m.
9. Aspiring bidders/Contractors, who have not obtained the user ID & Password for
participating in Electronic Tendering (e–tendering) in Bruhat Bengaluru
Mahanagara Palike, may now obtain the same from the website
www.tenderwizard.com/BBMP.
10. Aspiring bidders/Contractors will be enabled after registering and only after
receiving the Demand Draft of Rupees 1685/- (Rs. One Thousand Six Hundred &
eighty five only) towards the Annual registration Fee to Electronic Tendering
Portal. Demand Draft Should in Favour of “KEONICS” Payable at Bangalore.
