• Accountable for Shop drawing verification, drawing submittals, HVAC and PLUMBING works (both
air and water side) on site.
• Coordinating with structural, architectural plans, Electrical services and systems.
• Monitoring, reviewing and revising shop drawings.
• Supervising the implementation of works on site and looking after installation of HVAC, chilled,
domestic water and drainage water lines.
• Monitoring the installation and connection of Air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, calorifiers,

Project Description: Male and female student Housing is a 14 buildings Project and is the First
LEED project in Qatar. It is state of art housing and includes AV systems,Solar Systems,Wind Energy
and Grey Water Recycling Plant. KEO is supervision consultant.

Project Name: Al Wakra Hospital

Project Description: Al Wakra hospital project (600 bed hospital) is considered as one of the
prestigious project for the Public Works Authority of State of Qatar (ASHGAL). GHD is the design and
supervision consultant. J&P Overseas Ltd is the main contractor for the project. CONSPEL QATAR
W.L.L is a division of J&P, responsible for all M.E.P. Works.
