With over 20 years of environmental underwriting experience, Heft has been a key player in New Day's
success over the past six years. Since joining New Day in 2006, he has developed and managed the
company's real estate book of business, identified and developed new and existing retail brokerage
relationships, and provided insurance and optimal risk management solutions for retail broker partners
and their clients.
