Dear Sir,
This has reference to letter no MCL/HQ/EE/923 dated 10.01.2011 of GM (P-
EE/W/PEN), HQ.,MCL, enclosed herewith that all the executives have to submit the
statement of Immovable property return for the year 2010 by 31st Jan, 2011 in forms VA,
VB & VC under rule 19.5 of Conduct Discipline and Appeal Rules 1978 of CIL amended
up to April 2000) to the office of GM (P-EE/W/PEN), HQ., MCL .

Your are therefore advised to make available the copies of VA, VB &VC as
enclosed to all the executives under your supervision and pursue them to submit the
same to the Personnel Department of Jagannath Area latest by 20th January, 2011 so
that the same could be sent to the office of GM (P-EE/W/PEN), HQ., MCL by 31st
January, 2011.
Since, this is matter of self-responsibility to company the submission of the
immovable property return within the stipulated date administratively under the Conduct
Discipline and Appeal Rules 1978, it should not attract any reminders over this.

 Sub: - Filing of Coveat petition in the High Court and Lower Court
against the employees appointed under land Looser Scheme.

Jilinda Village has been acquired under CBA for Bhubaneswari

Mines, Jagannath Area. All the eligible land oustees have been provided
employment benefits and the villagers have already been paid
compensation dues towards homestead land/house and other
infrastructure etc. as per rules. Besides the land oustees have also been
allotted plots for their resettlement at rehabilitation site at
Gurjang/Baghmara. However, in spite of several persuasions/individual
letters issued to the land oustees, the villagers are neither vacating their
homestead land/house including agriculture land nor shifting to the
rehabilitation site till date. As such, the concerned employees were
issued last and final notice on 03.01.2011 and given seven days time to
vacate their houses but they have failed to do so. Subsequently as per
the decision taken services of 254 land oustees appointed against Jilinda
village have been terminated with effect from 18.01.2011 as per terms
and conditions of appointment and individual affidavits submitted by
them at the time of joining.
Since the above said land oustees have been terminated from
the services of the company they may take the shelter of Court of Law
and may obtain stay order against the decision of the management.
In view of above, it is proposed that Coveat Petition may be filed
in the Civil Court at Talcher and at the Honorable High Court at Cuttuck
against the employees terminated from the service.
Approval may be obtained from the company authority for
engagement of the advocates in the Courts for the above purpose.
