▪ TITLE:
▫ Method Development - Validation of Ampicillin Trihydrate by Reverse Phase-High
Performance Liquid Chromatography.
▪ EXPERIENCE:
▫ The study was conducted in Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals
▫ Study regarding the Method Dvelopment, Validaiton-Stability Studies.
▫ Studies regarding Gas Chromatography and Infrared Spectroscopy .

▪ TITLE: Extraction, Separation and Microbial estimation of “Cajanus cajan”.

▪ EXPERIENCE:
▫ Extraction of the active ingredients from the leaves stems and roots of the plant
“Cajanus cajan” using different chemicals in the order of their polarity.
▫ The extracts are distilled purified and separated by using column chromatography
Extraction was done with Soxhlet Apparatus.
▫ The extract was test for microbial estimation using different Agar mediums and
microbial strains.
▫ Results concluded that most of the extract was active on Bacterial strains.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

▪I have undergone 6months training in For U Biosciences, Visakhapatnam as part of

completion of B.Pharmacy course in March 2008 in R&D unit. .

▪I have undergone 6months training in Quality Control and Assurance department in

Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals pvt ltd, Pydibhimavaram, Visakhapatnam in 2010 as
project trainee.
