intention of providing quality school uniforms in Bellary. He quickly sees the
need for denim as a revolutionary product among the youngsters and so
started the making relationship. It was with this venture came one of the

Manufacturing Facility

We have developed a sound infrastructure located at Bellary, Bengaluru in

Karnataka (India). Spread over a sprawling area, our infrastructure includes
two factories having their own manufacturing unit, designing unit, quality
testing unit and warehouse. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with state-
of-the-art machinery, which is imported from China. Managed by a qualified
team of professionals, it enables us to work proficiently and meet the
variegated requirements of our clients within the stipulated time. In addition
to these, we also have an In-house Dyeing Processing Unit.

Sample Section
The Pattern Master or the designer is the head of this department & A few
sample tailors & one or two helpers constitute this Section. The entire
responsibility of the making of samples & sale man samples for Buyer’s
Approval is with the designer. As soon as the proto sample is received from
the buyer the sample & the specifications are studied carefully. Then taking
into consideration the modification mentioned in the specifications sheet the
pattern is made. As soon as the sample in the prescribed fabric is ready the
same is sent for approval of the buyer & fro the lab test to assess the
shrinkage of the fabric, durability, colour fastness etc. Once the report is
received from the lab, the buyer gives his approval & the pattern is passed
on to the cutting section for mass cutting & production.

Cutting Room
Cutting is the major operation of the cutting room, when the spread fabric is
cut into garments of all of the operations in the cutting room this is the most
decisive, because once the fabric has been cut, very little can be done to
rectify serious mistakes.

Depending upon the thickness of the fabric 50 to 60 days are laid on the
cutting table ready for marking & before spreading the bulk day, a single lay
is spread out on the cutting table & the consumption is worked out in
combination for two sizes (2 Marker) or for 4 size (4 Marker) as the case may
be to economize the fabric consumption. This is the key area in the entire
process whereby the company can save a huge amount by way of fabric cost.
This specialized job is done by the cutting master. The various parts of
garment are to be arranged on the top layer of the lay in the appropriate
places & the outlines of the patterns are drawn on the lay.

Then the cutting takes place each part is separately bundled up & the
fabric checkers make a quality inspection of the out parts to detect the
damage and the weaving defects, at the unstitched parts level itself.

Sharpening devices appropriate for the specific blade type are found on
almost all mechanizes cutting equipment. Blades dull quickly when cutting a
deep spread or dense fabric. As a blade becomes dull, it creates friction &
may cause rough, frayed, or fused edges. Sharpening devices may be stone
or emery wheels or abrasive belt, sharpens cutting blades are sharpened
frequently during the cutting operation simply by touching the control.

All Manually operated cutting devices have a handle for the

operator to grip guide & propel the knife through the spread. The operator’s
other hand is used to stabilize the plies ahead of the knife to prevent
punching of fabric. A blade guard, when positioned at spread height, rests on
the top ply to help stabilize the spread & to protect the operator’s hand. Meta
mesh gloves are available as a safety device for cut’s using vertical knives.

Cutting:
 Cutting is the preproduction process of separating a spread into
garment parts that are the precise size & shape of the pattern pieces on a
marker. The cutting process may also involve transferring marks & clothes
from the marker to garment parts to assist operators in sewing. Chopping or
sectioning a spread in to blocks of piece goods may precede precision cutting
of individual pattern shapes. This is often done to allow for accurate matching
of fabric design or easier manipulation of a cutting knife.

Bundling:-

The patterns are often cut. This is cut by a cutting examiner. Semi
skilled labour is employed to inspect the bundling. A set of main & trimming
material are bundled. Different colours of material are separated & bundled.

Belt Machine
This Machine is use to attach Belt. The machine is named as kansai. This
machine have four needles can also use two or three needle’s. The thread’s
are 8 four from top & 4 from inside. No case & bobbin is use. There is a roller
to move the piece front. Single & double piece folder are available Press foot.

The belt will be of 2¾ after finishing it will be of 1¾.
