Bullying: offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, an abuse or
misuse of power through means intended to undermine, humiliate, denigrate or
injure the recipient
Harassment: unwanted conduct affecting the dignity of men and women in the
workplace. It may be related to age, sex, race, disability, religion, nationality or any
personal characteristic of the individual, and may be persistent or an isolated
incident. The key is that the actions or comments are viewed as demeaning and
unacceptable to the recipient
Coercion: use of force or intimidation to obtain compliance
Threat: a declaration of an intention or determination to inflict punishment, injury,
etc., in retaliation for, or conditionally upon, some action or course
To induce: to lead or move by persuasion or influence, as to some action or state
of mind
Insult: to treat or speak to insolently or with contemptuous rudeness
Beating: to strike violently or forcefully and repeatedly.

Aggression: the practice of making assaults or attacks; offensive action in general
Aggressor: a person, group, or nation that attacks first or initiates hostilities
Victim: a person who suffers from a destructive or injurious action or agency

Domestic violence: acts of violence or abuse against a person living in one's
household
Discrimination: treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of
or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that
person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit
Integration: an act or instance of integrating a racial, religious, or ethnic group
Human rights: fundamental rights, esp. those believed to belong to an individual
and in whose exercise a government may not interfere, as the rights to speak,
associate, work, etc.

To report: an account or statement describing in detail an event, situation, or the
like, usually as the result of observation, inquiry, etc
Trial: the determination of a person's guilt or innocence by due process of law
District Attorney: an officer who acts as attorney for the people or government
within a specified district
Stay-away order: court order that a person may not come near and/or contact
another
Arrest: to seize (a person) by legal authority or warrant; take into custody

something specified
Interview: a formal meeting in which one or more persons question, consult, or
evaluate another person
Abortion: the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a
pregnancy
Waitress: a woman who waits on tables, as in a restaurant
Gang: A group of criminals or hoodlums who band together for mutual protection
and profit
Reformatory/reform school: a penal institution for reforming young offenders
Child custody: the right of determining the residence, protection, care, and
education of a minor child or children
