F. E TRY CHARGE:
Indian Candidates: The charge for an ISC FULL / SUPPLEMENTARY Certificate is Rs. 2100/-
Foreign Candidates: The charge for an ISC FULL / SUPPLEMENTARY Certificate is Rs. 10,000/-

Late charge up to 15 days Rs.150/-

The charges must be paid by Bank Draft dawn in favour of the “Council for the Indian School Certificate
Examinations”, payable at "ew Delhi and must be sent through the Head of the School with this application form
to the Additional Secretary & Officiating Chief Executive & Secretary, Council for the Indian School Certificate
Examinations, Pragati House, 3rd Floor, 47-48, ehru Place, ew Delhi - 110 505.

G. IMPORTA T OTICE:

1. This is an application for entry and should not be taken to imply that the entry will be accepted. If at any time it
is detected that there has been a change in the name as entered by the Principal of the school on the
Entry/Registration Form of the last Indian School Certificate Examination or that you have deliberately changed
a subject or paper for which you were entered for the last Examination, your entry will be rejected and your
name will be withdrawn from the Examination.
2. The Form and charges should be sent as soon as possible so as to reach this office no later than September 15th, 2010.
3. Read the instructions in this form carefully. Failure to comply with all the requirements may lead to the rejection of your
entry.
4. Only those who were entered as School candidates and not awarded Pass Certificates in the ISC March 2010
Examination are eligible to appear for the ISC March 2011 Examination as candidates not in attendance at School.
Such candidates shall enter only for those subjects, which they had offered in the ISC March 2010 Examination.
5. ISC March 2010 Examination Regulations, Chapter 1, Section C-3, states that Candidates entered as school candidates
and who are not awarded Pass Certificates will be permitted to re-appear for the Examination once only in the year
following their failure, but not thereafter, without further attendance at an affiliated and registered school.
6. Candidates who are awarded Pass Certificates are permitted to enter for a Supplementary Pass Certificate as candidates
not in attendance at school. Such candidates can appear for one or more subjects provided they complete the entire
syllabus of the subject(s) concerned of Class 11 and Class 12.
H. IMPORTA T WAR I G:

1. You must make sure that the details of your entry are correct in all respects and keep a record of it. You will
not be permitted to make any changes after you have submitted this form nor to take the Examination in any
paper or subject for which you have not entered on this Form.

2. ISC March 2010 Examinations Regulations, Chapter 1, Section C-4, states that candidates who wish to
appear for a subject other than that they offered at the ISC (12) examinations will be required to complete
and pass Class XI portion of the prescribed syllabus before they enter for the ISC (12) Examination.

3. For those subjects that have a THEORY and a PRACTICAL component, candidates are required to appear
in BOTH.

-OTE: Kindly ensure that the Admission Form is correctly filled in and signed. The photographs must be attested by the
Head of the school and must have the school seal.
The candidate must ascertain from the Centre where he/she is to sit for the Examination, the amount to be paid by
him/her as local charges over and above the Examination charges.
Kindly inform the Council if the enclosed acknowledgement is not received by 19th October 2010. Failure to do so
may result in the cancellation of your entry.

To the candidate:
1. The Admission Card and other information regarding the examination will be sent to the Principal of the School where
your centre for the examination is located, by 2nd week of February, 2011. You may kindly get in touch with the
Principal of the school concerned to collect the Admission Card.

2. A copy of the Examination Timetable and the completed Admission Card will be available in February 2011. You must
keep in touch with the Head of the School of your Examination Centre in order to make sure of the date and time at
which the papers for which you have entered will be taken. If you wish to withdraw from the Examination, notify the
Council as soon as possible and in any case prior to the commencement of the examination. The examination
charges are not refundable for candidates who will withdraw.
