The GOP Empire strikes back - Tea Party Nation Page 2 of 9

From 2001 to 2007, the GOP controlled the House, Senate and the White House. They did such a good job of totally
screwing things up that the public took all three away from them. The American people were so disgusted with the
GOP that they kicked them out, replacing them with the most socialist crowd of leaders this country has ever seen,
including a President who can fairly be called a Marxist and who may not even be eligible to be President.

After being shellacked two years earlier, the GOP came roaring back. Why? The Tea Party brought the GOP back to
life. Two years ago, we called a priest for the GOP and everyone was planning the Republican Party’s political
funeral. Even James Carvelle had written a book subtitled, “how the Democrats will rule for the next 40 years.”

Since the GOP is now not only alive, but on the verge of controlling congress again and probably the presidency, how
does the GOP thank the Tea Party? A knife in the back is how the GOP thanks the Tea Party.

In Louisiana, Tea Party favorite Jeffrey Landry was redistricted into another district and saw his base shattered among
several districts, as Louisiana lost one Congressional Seat. The GOP establishment is working hard to make sure the
Tea Party candidate, not an establishment candidate is the casualty.

In Ohio, instead of acting against RINOs, like John Boehner, as Ohio loses two congressional seats, the establishment is
making sure that two Tea Party candidates are on the losing end of redistricting.

The GOP establishment is trying to get their message out. The Tea Party is hijacking the GOP. What a pity they can’t
get messaging out on something important like the budget or the debt ceiling, but they can seem to get their messaging
out on this.

RINO ex-Bush administration official Bradley Blakeman, writing an op-ed piece for Fox News says: “The Republican
Party has allowed itself to get bogged down on non-issues like Obama's birth certificate and Republican lawmakers who
seem to have more of an affinity for the non-Party Tea Party than the Party to which they were elected.”

What kind of a moron is he? What was going on when his people ran the party? They did so well that the Democrats
ended up with a super-majority in Congress. The only thing the GOP could do for the last two years was field a team
for the Congressional Softball game.

If I were a little more petulant, I’d simply say, screw the GOP, let’s launch the Tea Party as a third party and let the
GOP fade into history right next to the Whig Party. Unfortunately, that is a recipe for ensuring control of the White
House by the party of treason.

The RINOs are running scared and well they should. But in many places, RINO’s are still in a position of power and
that is something we have to address. I have said this before; we need to take over the GOP. If you are not involved as
a Precinct Committeeman you need to be. If you have not joined your local GOP, you need to. If you have not

volunteered for their steering committee you need to. We do not need Tea Party volunteers to go and answer phones for
the GOP. We need them in places where they can do some good. We need good Tea Party volunteers to run as City or
County and State Party Chairmen. We are going to have to rework the GOP from the inside out.

As for Blakeman, who was the Deputy Assistant to the President for Appointments and Scheduling, can go hang out
with his liberal DC friends and look down his nose at the people that brought the GOP back to life. Deputy Assistant to
the President for Appointments and Scheduling? That sounds like a glorified secretary.

I wonder how many words per minute he can type?

Judson, I think this is about business. Money! However we slice and dice and parse campaign laws and lobbying
ethics, most of the time the business of legislation and regulation is strictly "pay to play." If the Tea Party were a
lobby hardly anyone would be slinging mud at it.

I predict the backlash is going to remain fierce from both parties because we're championing ourselves, not
Monsanto or George Soros or whatever. I certainly hope that never changes, but the temptation will always be
there. ALWAYS!

Judson, can you explain how redistricting work please? I understand that it's all happening now because of the last
census but who actually determines it and how can they do so without challenges coming from people who are
affected?

The party in power in each state creates a commission of appointees. They look at the current districts,
population, etc. and decide which district(s) that will be eliminated and how to rearrange the deck chairs on the
remaining districts.

In Pennsylvania we will lose one Congressional District. Our Republican commission is deciding which
congressman they want to eliminate and how to rearrange the remaining districts to be able to get rid of
republicans they want rid of and/or democrats. This happens for the state legislative and senatorial districts as
well.

We put republicans in charge and it looks as though they are going to screw us.

Not only do we need people to run for the local offices they need to take over their precinct committee members.
That's where the real power emanates from. Control the local and county committees you control the state.

AGREED, AND FELLOW PATRIOTS PLEASE JOIN YOUR TOWN COMMITTEE. Afterall, its what Barack
Obama did and all of his supporters did and therefore put him on the ballot as state senator, and then the white
house. Let's get to work, we can do this. But you MUST act now, your fellow countrymen need you!

I had a moment of hope when I saw the headliner on your message. I thought the GOP might have cut another
$50 grand from the budget in exchange for a 2 Tril Debt Ceiling increase!

I don't understand why someone doesn't file impeachment proceedings against Obama for starting a war in Iraq
without any input from congress. He is obviosly ignoring the Constitution of the United States. He has not, as yet
consulted congress.

He must think he is the all powerful God and daddy to America!!!! Each time he ignores the constitution, he is
making the constitution just another piece of paper to wipe his a__ with. And each time he does this he opens the
door to more of the same until he can call himself King of The world!!!!!!

Judson,

We can kick the can down the road for only so long. Our fear of dividing the GOP and losing in 2012 will
ALWAYS be true, as it was with Perot! We must eventually take that plunge! Besides, we will never have a
winning ticket in one election cycle. It may take 2 or 3 cycles until we are strong and numerous enough to
capture the Oval Office. We are getting slapped in the face for our efforts in supporting the GOP last year. I do
not see one GOP candidate strong enough to beat Obama in 2012. So, this would be a good time to groom our
party.

I am a precinct delegate and I walked my precinct tirelessly. We won the House. Did that help? No! Nothing
we do will reap the results that we want. The Constitution is compromised daily! In Michigan, a judge allowed a
jury to deny free speech--even if I would not agree with that speech.

The time has truly arrived for us to declare 3rd party status. This will move our substantial support (both money
and troops) from the GOP camp into our own camp. If the GOP is smart, they will knock on our door and agree
to a bona fide coalition. Presently, we are tolerated--not liked. This MUST change. Fear of losing is the only
thing that the GOP and the GOP-RINOs will respond to. Waiting another 18 months will only result in our loss
of leverage. The House leaders must listen to us now, or face oblivion as a party in the next few cycles.

Did Bachmann get a leadership position? No! Do they like Palin? No! These people will deal with the
opposition against us and against America. Sure--some GOP leaders are OK. But not enough.

It will NEVER be the correct time. However, after all the crap that has occurred (starting with the lame duck

session), I am done. It is time we stop grooming people that will then give their allegiance to the GOP. Our
people in DC must know that their allegiance is first to the Constitution and then to their party - The Tea Party.

Folks.....

Please be aware. Dems also have Precinct Committee People. Just go to the Dems web site and see how they are
organized. I could probably use some of their manual in training the new 'Pub PCs. After being a PC for 2 years
now, I can say the Dems are probably more organized. In AZ, being a PC was the 'Pubs best kept secret of the
Republican Party. Now we have lots of new Conservative PCs and are having to learn on our own.

The Establishment Pubs, have not been very welcoming to the Tea Parties and Grassroots 'Pubs (of which I am
one). But we are hanging in there and really working hard on getting positions filled with GOOD
CONSERVATIVES. And of course, we are facing redistricting here, due to the Census, we gained a whole new
District so we want to get the empty slots filled before the redistricting is completed, so regardless of where they
may end up we can be sure the slots are filled with (true) Conservatives.
