This Warehouse Audit Report is a qualitative approach to assessing important aspects of warehousing within Ericsson, whether directly or indirectly sourced. This
22 report is intended to be used as a basis for warehousing improvements and continual monitoring of warehouse health and quality compliance. It is especially
recommended during the initial phases of setting up new warehouses, or re-locating warehouses. It can be used for self assessment also.
