                   Inspection Software  GTrack© prompts the user for uniform field input into a

maintenance activities, repair technique, inspection, and
report writing. Over the course of 12 years, the system
has been refined and tuned to be the most efficient and
effective inspection software available on the market.
The Gtrack© database acts as a historical library for a
particular unit. Reference material, previous repairs,
previous tube failures, previous inspection results/ reports,
drawings, tube materials, and tube counts are merely a
click away for the user. “Assistants” are also programmed
into Gtrack© to provide facts regarding recommended
repair procedure and tube material stats as well as
calculation capabilities. (See next page)

Each item (or group of items) is entered as a database
record. The Gtrack© “record” is designed to hold all
pertinent information required for a complete report

Automatic Prioritization of Repairs
GTrack© is programmed with proper terminology and
nomenclature for most all boiler manufacturers. Drop
down boxes provide uniform field information for data
entry and new terminology can be added by the user
within any field for customization purposes.
By clicking two buttons within the database record screen,
a report is automatically generated and ready to print.
GTrack© automatically prioritizes repair items,
collaborates all related database records, and imports all
photos, CAD images, and Scanned images into a report
format that is easy-to-read and complete (all info regarding
the desired action is included in the report). Once the
report is generated, it is automatically saved to the user’s
desired path.
Gtrack© Assistants
Assistants are built into the Gtrack© program to aid the
user with calculations, repair procedure, and material
applications and use. The assistants add value to report
writing in two ways; they serve as a resource information
library and increase efficiency making the program easy to
operate regardless of the user’s experience level.
The Material Assistant displays an
in-depth view of material
specifications. Such specs include
temperature threshold, tensile
highlight a view. The appropriate
welding rod can also be identified.
The Refractory Assistant can
calculate the amount and grade
required for the repair simply by
denoting refractory type and the
width/height/depth of the area in
question.
Automatic remaining tube wall
calculations can be acquired if the
estimated width and tube O.D. /
thickness is known.
