PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Presently taking care of Siemens IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd - IBM
Millennium City Building Kolkata (Approx 60,000 Sqft with occupancy of
approx 600 customers in average and facility team of 40 people) Reporting to
Operation Manager CBRE Kolkata.
• Previously was taking care of HSBC-K1 (180,000 sqft area with occupancy of
2200 customer in average) facility heading a team of 80 personnel
(electromech and soft services) in coordination with Support Services.
• Previously worked as Facility Manager of Cognizant Technology Solutions
Kolkata (250,000 Sqft – Techno polis Building).
• Job responsibility includes both operational and admin functions.
• Single Point of Responsibility to manage client facilities and its operations
staff to deliver the expected service levels to the client within the projected
budget.
• Reports to Key Accounts Manager and Client –any major/minor breakdown
which will affect the building occupants
• Coordinates with Central Helpdesk for timely resolution of requests /
complaints.
• Generates periodical MMR reports as required by the Client.
• Co-ordinates with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers for
regular & break down maintenance activities.
• Coordinates with In-house electrician and Site Technicians for Electrical PPM.
• Regularly reviews with Client - and Key Account Manager and highlights any
operational discrepancies if any.
• Ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements
• Prepares Cost Sheet and maintains all service records and test certificates
• Reviews all check lists/log sheets on a regular basis to ensure smooth
operations
• Innovates, suggests and implements energy conservation ideas.
• Maintains proper inventory and tracks stock and consumption of all
consumables and supplies pertaining to the services managed by them.
• Ensures 100% statutory compliance by contractors like ESI, PF, insurance etc.
