AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

A BLAU FARMACÊUTICA S.A. (“Blau” ou “Companhia”), comunica aos Senhores Acionistas que,
em Reunião do Conselho de Administração realizada no dia 30/11/2021, deliberou-se pela
distribuição de Juros sobre Capital Próprio no montante total bruto de BRL 22.016.050,37 (vinte e
dois milhões, dezesseis mil e cinquenta reais e trinta e sete centavos), cujo pagamento ora
deliberado deverá ser realizado em 15/12/2021. O valor bruto a ser pago por ação é de BRL
0,1227246054 sujeito à retenção do imposto de renda na fonte à alíquota de 15% (quinze por
cento).

Tal benefício aplica-se à posição acionária do dia 03/12/2021, sendo certo que, a partir de
06/12/2021, as ações da Companhia serão negociadas “ex juros sobre capital próprio”. Os juros
sobre o capital próprio, líquidos do imposto de renda na fonte, serão imputados aos dividendos
mínimos obrigatórios relativos ao exercício de 2021, conforme artigo 9º, parágrafo 7º, da Lei
9.249/95; item III, da Deliberação CVM 683/2012; e alínea “b” do Artigo 28 do Estatuto Social da
Companhia.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

BLAU FARMACÊUTICA S.A. (“Blau” or “Company”), hereby announces to its shareholders that, in
the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on November 30th, 2021, was approved the payment of
interest on equity in the total gross amount of BRL 22,016,050.37 (twenty-two million, sixteen
thousand and fifty reais and thirty-seven cents), to be paid on December 15th, 2021. The gross
amount per share to be paid is BRL 0.1227246054 subject to withholding income tax at the rate
of 15% (fifteen percent).

Those who own shares of the Company will have the right of payment according to the
shareholding position as of December 3rd, 2021. From December 6th, 2021 the company´s shares
will trade excluding interest on equity. Interest on equity, net of withholding income tax, will be
imputed to the mandatory minimum dividends for fiscal year 2021, pursuant to article 9,
paragraph 7, of Law 9,249/95; item III of CVM Resolution 683/2012; and item “b” of Article 28 of
the Company's Bylaws.
