Job Description
1. Organize and facilitate Developing Cases, Games and Trainings on
Financial Literacy themes for students in Universities;
2. Search Good Case Practices of Financial Literacy of Youth in the world;
3. Participate in FLY-project-life and host LC activities;
4. Participate in English classes at Universities and Language schools, take
part in their activities;
5. Introduce your culture (tradition, customs, national food, games, songs
etc.), talk about cultural differences, ?omparisons between countries;
When you arrive you will work in language school and in universities, for
example, 2 days in universities and 3 days in language schools. During may
also you will organize speaking clubs. You will discuss with youth such
problems as financial education, youth financial strategies, actual problems of
crediting, effective ways of problem's promotion, marketing of insurance's idea
and other. Beforehand you should research your financial market, different
problems in this sector.
In the middle of May our LC will realize project “Cultural festival”. This event will
be during 2 days. You will take part in different activities.

? Photography of country, city. The more the better;
? Symbols (flags and other things that can
characterize your culture. Flag is necessary;
? Souvenir (key ring, T-shirt, cap, bracelet and
other. We will sell this souvenir in event and you will
get back money. More things is more money);

Money
Local currency
The local currency is the Russian rouble. The
rouble is the only currency used in the Russian
Federation for all cash transactions. The rouble
comes in denominations worth 1, 2, 5, 10, 50,
100, 500 and 1000 roubles. Now exchange rate
is from 29 to 31 roubles for $1.
Salary
Average Russian wages vary from $120-150 per month among low-skilled
workers to $300-400 per months with bonuses among management staff and
high officials. There are ca. 5% of people whose monthly income is higher than
$1000.
Climate/Weather
Land area combines all kinds of natural conditions and resources. Russia
has the whole spectrum of climatic zones from subtropical up to arctic on
its territory. Winters are cold, windy and snowy. Average winter
temperature in Moscow is about -12? C (min is -25? C). So, be sure you
took warm hat, coat, scarf, gloves, sweaters and boots. But don't be afraid
of the frosts.
Culture
Russian people are very hospitable and friendly.
They usually spend their free time with family or friends. Also they like nature
and spend there different holidays.
There are some traditional Russian hobbies such as skating, skiing, painted
wood article - hohloma and gzel porcelain, birchbark plaiting, walking with each
other, traveling and so on.
Russia is famous for ballet, sport and great artists and sportsmen. Also
Russian food is known all over the world (bliny, caviar, bulochki, borsh and so
on).
Russian people spend a lot of time visiting theaters, cinema, and walking in the
parks.

Today, our city is an important industrial, cultural end educational centre. More
than 150 insurance and financial companies, 46 representative offices of
foreign companies, 2480 shops and 25 hotels are located.
