NATURE OF WORK
In Kimji Ramdas:
• One stop sales – Interacting with walk in clients, finding budget, converting their
requirements as standards, successfully converting as a sale with 100% advance.

In Casa Italia:
Administration, organize three branches transactions, generating business and systematize plan
for future projected business. Communicating, freezing designs and converting them as a
customer. Day plan with direct marketing executives for generating leads. Post sale cost
planning, control; site visits for communicating, interaction with end user, handover the project
successfully preserve client satisfaction. Educating about kitchen business, how to generate more
foot fall for the showrooms.
In Cookscape:
Handling various jobs like direct marketing, generating leads, collecting data from up coming
projects, taking site dimensions, designing the kitchen and wardrobes as per customer
requirement, presenting the design virtually in 3D home architect and suggesting the required
supporting systems like appliances and sink. Post sale activities.
• Ensuring that order finalized with the customer is disseminated to team members.
• Managing 2 team’s sales and execution ensure that work is delivered on time and with
good quality.
• Ensuring the timelines/deadlines is met as per customer expectations and requirements.
