ABSTRACT

Linda Farahas Kusnadi , The correlation between Education and The Headmaster
Leadership Towards Teachers` Teaching Motivation The study case at SDN. Kelurahan
Kedaung – Pamulang , The Tesis to The Magister Management Program, Universitas
Pamulang 2010.
The aims of these reseachs are : a.) to know the influence of the education towards teaching
motivation expecially in whole of the Elementary schools estate ( SDN ) Kelurahan Kedaung –
Pamulang. b.) To know the influence of Education and The Headmster Leadership toward
teaching motivatoan the both of them especially to the whole of Elementary School in Kelurahan
Kedaung – Pamulang. c.) to know the influence of Education and The Headmaster Leadership
the both towards teachers` Teaching Motivation in the Whole of Elementary School State in
Kelurahan Kedaung – Pamulang.
The Methods research are study case to learn the cases about education influence and the
Headmaster Leadership towards Teachers` Teaching Motivation that has main goal to get
validity datas.
The data are getting by : a.) Interview that do to know the wises of Human Resourch. b.)
Observations, to get documentation and validity data in the school.
c.) Questioner , such as written questions lists to answer.
The aims of analysis Correlation is there are Positive Correlation Between The Headmaster
Education (X1) to The Teachers` Teaching Motivation (Y) then r 1 = 0,5515 and determinant
Coefficient is 0,265. It does meant that 26,5 % variation Teachers` Teaching Motivation
influenced by The Headmaster Education. The Headmaster Leadership (X2) towards Teachers`
Teaching Motivation (Y) also to the Positive Correlation to r2 = 0,637 and Coefficient
determinant is 0,405 it meant 40 % variations Teachers` Teaching Motivation is influenced each
other by The Headmaster Leadership.
The analysis correlation also related influenced to the correlation although Education is
controlled by The Headmaster Leadership. There is a Positive Correlation Significant to The
Teachers` Teaching Motivation, with ry1.2 = 0,3364. In the contrary if the Headmaster
Leadership is controlled by Education it has significant Correlation to The Teachers` Teaching
Motivation, it ry2.1 = 0,5316.
The Headmaster Leadership, it can be predict to Teachers` Teaching Motivation, by the
regret y = 36,951 + 0,722X1. The Headmaster Leadership it can be predicted of Teachers`
Teaching Motivation by the Simple regret y = 4.911+ 0,406X1 + 0,633X2.
The aims of analysis double Linear regret ,there is a positive correlation between Education
and The Headmaster Leadership, all of them can be predicted the Teachers` Teaching
Motivation, by the double regret y = 4.911 + 0,406X1 + 0,633X2.

Finally it the aims that there is a positive significant correlation between Education and the
Headmaster Leadership. Each other described the higher strength correlation and it has be
predicted more better than Education to the Headmaster Leadership itself. The aims it can be
resulted by Teachers` Teaching Motivation (Y) it can be rised by rising of Education (X 1) and
The Headmaster Education (X2). It mean that the Education of Headmaster in his Leadership is
more better towards The Teachers` Teaching Motivation on the Teaching Learning Program.
