Project Evaluation

Our program was named the microwave, the production was very funny but we learned a lot.
We had problems with the edition but finally it was well organized and well recorded. The first
part of the program was filmed in the house of Andres Vargas but we need extra time so next
we went to the house of Miguel Azuero and we finally finish the program and obviously the
edition part.

The news that the program had was all from Bogota, Colombia; and was good news about the
most important themes or activities that a person can do in Bogota. My news was about two
interviews of Nohora Vargas, the person in charge of all the profits about the tourism in
Bogota in contrast with Latin-American or other Colombian cities. This two news were very
important because were different from all the other news and had numbers about all the
developments of Bogota and his growing in economical terms.

Along the term we did a lot of activities that contributed to the preparation of the tv program
and also was necessary because we understood better how to did an excellent program. We
did a story board that had all the scenes with all the news. It was important because we have
the first perception how to do the program and also how to improve and if we had to change
some things we can do it. Finally, all the activities prepare by the teacher were well organized
and were very useful for us.

First I am going to talk about the dislikes of the project along this period. All the activities that
were prepared by the teacher were interesting and well prepared but some were too long.
One example can be the story board because every one in the project had to draw 6 charts, so
if we were 6 the story board should be of 36 charts. The good thinks, that were the most is
that all the activities were well prepared and we can develop them easily even if they were
long. The best part of the project was in class when we saw all the videos of all the groups
because it was very funny and interesting. It is important to say that the best group was the
group of Calixto because has the best tv program because the process of edition was very
dedicated and perfect. Also they have good backgrounds and the news was very interesting.

First is important to say that this activity was very interesting and is very useful in our daily life
because is important to learn to speak to the cameras without fear. Also all the activities were
well prepared and the teacher gave us a lot of advices and was very useful because he solve all
our doubts. A recommendation that I say is that the entire group should do a complete
program with a lot of news and this would be very interesting because all the group working
would be beautiful.
