• Provide high level technical support, including identifying and resolving problems on
Cisco supported products for e-Commerce infrastructure.

• Review all changes to network configuration for technical accuracy and

impact and provide Multi-Protocol Network problem resolutions.

• Install and configure Routers (7206&1841), Switches (3560 & 2950)

and CSU/DSU’s to support WAN links.

• Implemented SNMP on Cisco routes to allow for network management.

• Implemented traffic filters on Cisco routes using Standard and Extended

access-list.
• Configuration of framed, unframed E1 Line. Installation and configuration of Polycom video
conferencing and network printers.
• Monitoring the leased line using NMS tool (Nagios) to maintain maximum uptime as per SLA.

• Routing related tasks included providing Cisco router configuration and change
management, providing technical support for Cisco Router configurations and
installation for Customer. Configuring IP RIP, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.

• Switching related tasks included implementing VLANS and configuring

ISL trunk on Fast-Ethernet channel between switches.

• Operating System and Antivirus installation & updating on Client machine.
