1. Scope of document

This document gives detail procedure for uploading the stock from existing storage location to
respective bin level.

PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR STOCK UPLOADS FOR WM

3. Listing of Un-restricted / Quality /Blocked stock of Raw materials, Packing materials and
Finished Goods

1. Take the dump of materials from MCHB table and also from MB52 so that we can list material
with batches.
2. Take the dump of the materials whose stock is greater than zero.
3. Take the dump with the data as Material, Plant, Storage location, Batch and Stock quantity.
4. Use required stock type indicators for sale order stock.

4. Extension of the materials to “DUMM” storage location

1. List the materials which have stock.

2. Format the data as shown below.

3. Convert the Data into Text format.

4. Upload the data plant wise by using SCAT – ZEXTENSIONOFSTORAGELOC.

5. Transfer of material from respective Storage location to “DUMM” Storage Location

1. List the materials which have stock differently for un-restricted / blocked and sale order.
2. Format the data as shown

4. Upload the data by using the BDC - ZWM_MB1B_STOCK_UPLOAD
5. For Sales order stock upload. BDC - ZWM_MB1B_STK_UPLOAD_SALE_ORDER
6. Transfer all the stock from respective storage location to “DUMM” storage location.

6. Transfer of material of Quality stock from respective Storage location to “DUMM” Storage
Location

1. List the materials Stock which are in quality stock (Under quarantine) from the table MCHB and QALS.
- Using V – lookup find the inspection lot of the materials which are lying in quality.

2. Format the data as shown.

3. Upload the data by using the BDC - ZWM_QAC2_QLTY_STOCK_TRANSFER

4. Transfer all the stock from respective storage location to “DUMM” storage location

7. Move the configuration to the required Client and plant

9. Extension of WM views in Material Master

1. List the material to which WM has to be activated.

2. Format the data as shown below.

3. Convert the data into Text format.

4. Upload the data by using BDC in transaction SE38 using program -
ZWM_MM01_EXTENDING_MATERIAL

10. Transfer of material from “DUMM” Storage location to Respective Storage Location

1 Use the same file which was used for initial transfer from respective Storage location to “DUMM”, in
this change the issuing Storage location as “DUMM” and receiving Storage location as respective Storage
location from where it was transferred, all other data remains same.
2 Format the data as shown

3. Now fill the data with necessary movement types based on the stock type.
4. Upload the data by using the BDC - ZWM_MB1B_STK_UPLAD_BY_MAT_BATC
5. Transfer all the stock from “DUMM” storage location to respective storage location.
6. For Sales order stock upload. BDC - ZWM_MB1B_STK_UPLOAD_SALE_ORDER

11. Creation of Transfer order from Transfer Requirement created.

1 Using Table LTBP and LTBK list the material with TR details for which the TO has to created.
2 Using TR details get the Material document from the file extracted from the above table.
3 Format the data as shown
