LOJAS EM 2022

Rio de Janeiro, 5 de janeiro de 2022 – A d1000 Varejo Farma Participações S.A. – B3: DMVF3 – (“Companhia” ou
“Rede d1000” ou “d1000”), em atendimento ao disposto no artigo 157, §4°, da Lei n° 6.404, de 15 de dezembro
de 1976, e a Resolução CVM n° 44, de 23 de agosto de 2021, informa aos seus investidores e ao mercado em
geral que finalizou o plano de expansão esperado para o ano de 2021, com a abertura de 30 novas lojas, sendo
26 até o 3T21 e 4 ao longo do 4T21.

Para o ano de 2022, a Companhia espera realizar 10 (dez) aberturas e 20 (vinte) ampliações de lojas. Da mesma
forma que as inaugurações são forte alavanca para crescimento de vendas da rede, todas as ampliações
realizadas nos últimos anos também confirmaram igualmente grande potencial para aumento de faturamento,
com investimentos menores dos requeridos em aberturas de loja e retornos significativos no curto prazo.

MATERIAL FACT

STORES IN 2022

Rio de Janeiro, January 5, 2022 – d1000 Varejo Farma Participações SA – B3: DMVF3 – (“company” or “Rede
d1000” or “d1000”), in compliance with the provisions of article 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6.404, of December
15, 1976 , and CVM Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021, informs its investors and the market in general that it
has finalized the expected expansion plan for the year 2021, with the opening of 30 new stores, 26 by the 3Q21
and 4 over 4Q21.

For the year 2022, the company expects to carry out 10 (ten) openings and 20 (twenty) expansions of stores. In
the same way that store openings are a strong lever for the chain's sales growth, all the expansions carried out
in recent years also confirmed equally great potential for increasing sales, with investments smaller than those
required in store openings and significant returns in the short term.

It is worthy of noting that the projections presented are estimates and, therefore, do not constitute a promise
of performance (positive or negative), so they may be revised. Any updates to the indicators will be disclosed to
