7.1 DESCRIPTION
Preparation of User Guid is used to brief understanding of project’s interface by
Users for each methods or tasks.

Student Admission form


This form uses for new student admission purpose.

Steps for Student Admission from the above figure
Step1. Select Batch, Department, Program, and Defoult Section Labeled by
1, 2,10,3 Respectivly
Step2. Select Extention or Regular Labeled by 4 and 5 respectably
Step 3. Enter all information about a student such as Full Name, sex, ESLCEresult…
Step 4. Check the status of one of the boxes labeled by 8.
Step 5. Click on Generate Student Id button to generate id labeled by 6
Step 6. Click on Generate code number button to generate User id from full name
Step 7. And finally, Click on admit Student button to permanently save information
as labeled by 9

Section Arrangement form


This form uses for arranging section of the students from one section to another.

Steps for Section Arrengment from the above figure


Step1. Select Batch, Department, Program, current Section, student id Academic
Year, Regular or Extension Labeled by 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 respectively
Step2. Select Student Id From Grid as Label by number 9
Step 3. New Section from combo Label by number 6
Step 4. Click on the button contains ‘>>’ Label by number 10
Step 5, then you can see the selected Student id in selected student id combo

Course Management form


This form uses for assigning courses for the selected department. The following two
forms are used by course management.

Steps for Course Management from the above figure


Step1. Select Program, Department, Program, Academic Year, Regular or Extension
labeled by 1,2,3 and 4 respectively then display Courses on the grid.
Step2. If you want to assign Course Click on Assign Course button (5) then the following
form will be displayed for you.

Step3.Click on the assign button(6) assign the course for each program, department and
accadamic year.
Students Grade Management form
This form uses for managing grades of students for each course.

Step1. Select Batch, Program, Department, Academic Year, Section, Regular or Extension
Labeled by 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 respectively
Step2. Click Course Code From Grid as Label by number 7 then the form eill be dispalyed .
Students Grade Management form
The purpose of this form is to register a grade for the selected course code.

Steps for Grade Registration from the above figure


Step1. Click on “>” button From Grid as Label by number 1 then display the next form

Step1. Enter the Student Achieved Mark


Step2.Click on the update button, save in the Student Achieved Mak.
Step3.If you want to back in the Grade Management form Click on the Grade management
button.
