This form should be submitted to IPSF Secretary General at secgen@ipsf.org.
Deadline for submitting this form is 17th of May 2011.

IPSF Executives in cooperation with the IPSF World Congress Reception Committee
will be selecting the sessions proposed from all members, and the IPSF Secretary
General will inform you about the decision regarding your proposal by 21st of May
2011.

Make sure you do not confirm any external professional speakers before approval of
the session by the IPSF Executive. High quality proposals which focus on IPSF goals
for 2011 can apply for 2 free nights for invited professional speakers if necessary.

Please submit biography and Curriculum vitae for the speakers proposed for your
session along with this form.

Prove of registration to the IPSF World Congress 2011 for all speakers, chair and co-
chair of your proposed session will be requested to be submitted by 25th of May
otherwise your session will be cancelled.

A certificate of session organizers will be granted by IPSF after submitting a full


report about the session and its evaluation (reporting form and evaluation form will
be sent to you once the session is approved by the IPSF Executive).

Acknowledgment to all organizers and speakers of the session will be granted in the
IPSF Pre- and Post- Congress booklets (the report submitted by the chair and co-
chair of the session will be included in the post-congress booklets).
