Berhampur to meet the probable expenditure for the work " COMPLETION F BALANCE WORK &

(II) INSTALATION OF PUMP & MOTOR ETC AT 4-R & 5-R STAFF QUARTER, M.K.C.G. MEDICAL,
BERHAMPUR.[ 13 - 2215 : Maintenance of Urb an Ewarage system ( N.P.) ]

The Sewarage system for 4-R and 5-R Staff Quarter of M.K.C.G. Medical College campus
is not functioning properly as there is no pumping system from Sewarage sump as a result all the Man-
holts are getting chock frequently , for which staffs including the boardings are suffering a lot &
environment becomes unhealthy and unhygienic..In order to prevent such problems the pumping of
sewarage water from sump is urgently required.

In this estimate following provisions are kept. :

1.] Provision for external & Internal electrification

2.] Provision for external & Internal electrification

3.] Laying of 160 mm. dia. PVC pipe = 25.0 mtr.

4.] Rectangular Man-hole size (0.90x0.90x0.90 mtr ) type-B = 6 Nos.

ESTIMATED COST:-

The cost estimate stands at Rs. 300,000.00 Lakh. including 1% contigency

and 1% labour Cess charges. While framing this estimate current schedule of rates, DGS & D/EPM
rates and local market prices have been taken into account.

SPECIFICATION:-

During execution of the above work the P.W.D./P.H. and I.S. specification will be strictly
followed.

TIME SCHEDULE:-

It is proposed to complete the work within 30 working days provided funds and materials
are available in time.
