3. Execution: For LA. There is a total of three breaches: I 7th Street Canal (400 t I; London
Ave - Breach 1 (400 feet); London Ave - Breach 2 (200 feet). The seallng of the 1 Street
Canal from Lake Ponchatrain with sheet piles stopped at 75% complete to allow t frainage.
It will be closed in the event of another storm when pumping beg~nsif the breach t 3f closed.
65 each 20,000 pound sandbags were placed with CH-47 aircraff. Sfate and local cials
have completed causeways and are dumping rock into the breach from both ends afe and
local officials have completed the closure of the London Sfreef canal, Ieavirlg a "V ~fchfo

AL, Water - 652 truckloads have been received and 207 trucktoads are enroute, icf/ - 431
truckloads have been received and 6 truckloads are enroute. Continue to coordinate debris
