Here’s how to get your rebate of up to $289.

Purchase a qualifying Apple computer, using Apple’s education pricing and a qualifying iPod, between 4 January 2011 and 28 March 2011 and receive up to $289

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS: The Qualifying Products must be purchased at the same time and on the same receipt. This offer is valid only while supplies last. Up to five (5)
rebates per receipt may be claimed based on the number of Apple Computers and iPod models purchased. A maximum of five (5) rebates per household may be claimed.
You must be a qualified Apple Education Individual end-user purchaser to obtain this promotional offer. Reseller, governmental, institutional, non-profit organisational
and small business purchasers do not qualify. Purchases from Apple Retail Stores without a valid receipt number do not qualify. Purchases from the Apple Online Store
for Education Individuals without a valid web order number and a valid email address associated with that web order number do not qualify. Purchases of Qualifying
Products made via any channel other than any of the Qualifying Locations are not eligible for this promotion. Individual end customers who are under the age of 13 are not
eligible to participate in this offer. Individual end customers who are between the ages of 13 and 18 may only participate subject to these terms and with parental or legal
guardian consent to the terms of this promotion. Only rebate claims completed and submitted in accordance with the Claims Procedures outlined below are eligible for this
promotion. Qualifying Products returned for cash or credit refund are not eligible for this promotion and, in that event, Apple reserves the right to cancel or retain any rebate
cheque issued to you under this promotion or reduce, by the amount of the rebate cheque, the cash or credit refund you are due for the return.

CLAIM PROCEDURES: Claims must be submitted with the mail-in rebate form. Rebate forms may not be altered. Duplicate or incomplete forms will not be honoured.

The claim must be posted within ninety (90) days of your purchase. For example: if your eligible purchase was made on 4 January 2011, your claim must be submitted
by 4 April 2011 (90 days from the purchase date). Claims submitted more than ninety (90) days after the purchase date will not be processed. To check the status of your

purchases, the cheque / direct deposit must be issued to the individual identified as the purchaser on the rebate form. For credit card purchases, rebate cheques
will only be mailed to the credit card holder and billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase. For those opting for their rebate to be made via direct
deposit, the deposit will only be credited to the bank account holder details of the credit card used to make the purchase. Cheques / direct deposits will only be
posted to an address/bank located within Australia. It may take up to six (6) weeks after Apple’s receipt of a completed rebate claim that is made in accordance with
these terms to receive your rebate.

PROOF OF PURCHASE: For purchases from the Apple Online Store, an Apple Retail Store or by calling 133-622, proofs of purchase are tax invoices, receipts or web order
numbers showing all Apple products purchased. Products ordered together but shipped separately qualify if you provide sufficient supporting documentation, as
provided in these Terms and Conditions. In these instances, items ordered may ship in pieces, and therefore a single order may generate more than one tax invoice.
Please submit all tax invoices from the same order with your claim.
For purchases from an Apple Authorised Campus Reseller, submit proof of purchase consisting of itemised, dated sales receipt(s) or tax invoice showing ALL Qualifying
Products purchased, the selling entity’s name and address and the prices paid for the Qualifying Products. Please submit all sales receipts or tax invoices from the same sales
order with your claim. Handwritten receipts or tax invoices will not be accepted. Rebate claims must include the UPC labels from all Qualifying Product boxes. The UPC labels
must include part numbers with bar codes, serial numbers with bar codes, and product descriptions. Order acknowledgments, packing slips and purchase order copies will
not be accepted as proof of purchase.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If any Qualifying Product required for redemption under this promotion is returned for any reason
and exchanged for another Qualifying Product required for redemption under this promotion, you must provide adequate documentation to support the exchange
transaction. Submit all tax invoices, receipts or web order numbers related to the transaction at issue. If a product required for redemption under this promotion is
returned for any reason and not exchanged for another Qualifying Product required for redemption under this promotion, your rebate claim and any cheques issued
to you under this promotion will not be honoured. To the extent a rebate has previously been paid in such a circumstance, any cash or credit refund owed by Apple for
the return will be reduced by the amount of the rebate cheque that was issued to you.

Apple and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due receipts. Providing false information disqualifies this rebate
request. Apple and its agents reserve the right to deny and/or disregard any rebate request deemed to be false, misleading, fraudulent or inconsistent with the terms of this
offer. Allow six (6) weeks from the date your claim is processed to receive your rebate. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Apple education promotional
bundle pricing, education institution pricing and other education promotional offers supersede this offer and cannot be combined. Except, as otherwise provided in the
preceding sentence or in the other promotion’s terms and conditions, this offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end customers
and offered during the same period of time as this promotion in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to this promotion and
such other Apple promotion(s). If you are submitting your original tax invoice and Apple computer UPC label(s) as part of a claim for another Apple promotion, you may
provide copies of these materials with this claim provided you reference the promotion and claim that contains the original materials. You should keep a copy of these
Terms and Conditions, a copy of your completed mail-in rebate form and all supporting documents, such as your receipts, tax invoices and UPC symbols, for your records.
Submissions will not be returned and become the property of Apple.

Apple is not responsible for printing errors or your inability to gain access to the Internet or a printer to download and print the mail-in rebate form. Apple is not responsible
for an inability to read the terms of this promotion due to the fact that these terms are displayed in the English language. Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction
