the sustainability of our long-term reputation and success. For many
years Wood Group’s Board of Directors has ranked achievement of
these goals in equal importance with the achievement of our other
major business objectives. Wood Group companies worldwide work
to continually improve performance in all these areas. How this is
accomplished will vary in each country and company, but will be given
equal visibility and commitment across all operations.

Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE)

Wood Group HSE policies are applied across the Group through
locally adapted policies, procedures and management systems.
HSE performance is also a key area of focus for our customers. Our
improvement initiatives are often implemented in conjunction with
customers and many of our principal contracts contain HSE goals as
part of performance and reward mechanisms.

Ethical Conduct of Our Businesses

The Group’s Ethics Policy sets minimum standards of conduct,
promotes best practice and provides resolution procedures when
questions arise. The policy is available to employees on the Group’s
web based portal and is distributed to all our businesses.
